how do you gut your socoter?

somone told me about gutting your scooter and it makes it lighter i guess. i searched and i didnt find nething on the website or in the scooter modding bible. i guess it might be when you lock your folding mech all that stuff that comes out but im not sure. so im curious what is it?

when you pop out all the stock bolts that hold the folding mech together with those little pins the headtube will slide out look in the head tube and you will see springs and plastic pieces and some aluminum claw like thing in there just rip em all out and bolt your foldy... saves weight and gets rid of some rattles
