how do you make pegs?

hey i just want to know how do you make pegs cause i wanna ride pegs but dont wanna buy any....and i dont mean socket pegs

you can make pegs by getting a longer axle and putting 4 bearings on it . idk how else haha.

i have seen somepeople buy metal tubing and put the right size bolt though it and the head of the bolt is on the outside of the tubing to hold it in place.
