how do you put a brake on a district deck?

i just got a district deck from a friend and there no holes for a axle like my lucky.how the hell do you put one on?! theres like a little rubber thing with a metal screw. do i need a specific brake?

the one that comes with it is called a "district brake"....

ya email a companey hat sold district stuff and see if they got any damaged products or whatnot and see if u can buy a brake
