how do you put a tsi flex fender on phoenix ?

just try the screws first, youll most likely be fine

Lol I make my own for every deck, I first drill on hole through the flex fender then mark it on my deck drill a hole threw the deck then use this special dril bit so that the bolts fit flush. Then bolt the flex fender on your deck and get it straight, then drill the 2nd hole through your deck and flex fender while its on your deck, bolt it together and there you go.
