this might sound noobish... but wat do u mean by saying "its smooth"

Well , it does not exactly say which part is smooth. Usually its like when you turn , it turns easily. Another thing it could mean is that it spins for a long time. Normally , when people say its smooth , it sort of means both.

Loose/untightened headset = not solid. Well , not solid enough for me.

thanks, i think mine is pretty smooth... it spins for 30 secs still and its pretty easy to wip catch on flat

I have A1 bars rigged on my SR fork on my razor A4 so they spin for over 30 seconds at first then progessively get worse till the scooter is more loose than a hooker in vegas.
