how short to cut my bars?

Im pretty small 5,2 5,3 ish and i bought a pair of tilt scout bars i wanna cut them down to my prefer d riding height but the season is almost over for me should i cut them a few inches 2 tall so i can still ride them nxt year

i run 23 high with baby proto so its up to you, im 5,3

ight generally where do you want your bars to be casue right now with my small abrs not my tilt bars there like at my dick a lil low like a lot to low for me i think

Cut em to 25 for now

Yea right now i think im running 20s with like a 1inch+ spacer so is there any disadvantage to high bars

also if i cut them to 25 high do you think i can get away with keeping then 22 wide or would cutting then down a bit be a good idea

I would keep 22 wide. Anything less just feels too small

ight thx devin i hope i like em I could have gotten sentry bars but i wanted to try something without backsweep and t bars just seem like they would be nice and easier with barspins

ight update sorry if it is to late i just measured myself im 5,4 and a half i find that 24 is to tall im thinking 22.5 to 23 should i cut width down from 22 ? or just keep it there i read somewhere that you dont wanna ride bars that are wider than taller any weight to this

my bars are wider than taller, its really personal preference. Look at Brandon James, his are 26.5 wide by 23 high
