How to find the diameter of my scooter bars?

Im buying the phantom scs clamp (8 bolts) and it has the option for 1 3/8 or 1 1/4. How do i find mine?
BTW I have phantom bars

if they go onto a fork they're 1-1/4.

if they're used for hic, they're 1-3/8

yours are probably 1-1/4th.


...and you probably dont need this.
