you cant really fix the broken holes. once they're broken, thats it.
you could try cutting the deck down like lamay said.

Weld up the drop out then re drill the axle hole.

wait I made some ghetto ass reinforcements for mine using some sheet metal.. and it works great. deck feels solid again. Sorry if the images some out big

dub post.. probably better if you use STEEL sheet metal. And find a way to kind of sandwich something inbetween the deck and the sheet metal so its not on an angle and you ca use normal spacers without a problem

yep do what robert here has done but use alloy, no need for steel just cut it to the correct fitting shape
