Weld two pipes, cut slits (or think of a better system) and there you go. New rads are more complicated though.

My friend's getting some Rad's pretty soon (he signed up to get the V2's but didn't get them) and he said Cory said they're gonna be more like the old ones because the new ones are harder to make.

Or get RADs for like 30 dollars and a paintjob you dont really need. I think theyre all a waste of money but its good for the sport.

probley for strenthing so they dont bend as easy

The slits they're talking about (I think) are on the bottom, so the clamp can actually tighten down on the fork.

yea theres one on each side so theres room for the bigger tube to acctually get tighter..and all rad bars are are just one metal pole welded to a bigger one

LOL, sand the whole tube down and apply cement and there you go!strong,cool,heavy and one piece.lol kidding
