big bump yo, but not pointless.

Take your headtube in front of you.
Use an old T-tube or a screwdriver, put it IN the headtube and put the edge of the tube/screwdriver onto the cup's edge, and use a hammer to tap it on the tube/screwdriver so the cup will come out.
