How To Install an upgraded bmx headset?

I been trying to install one but can't get it to go in right. pics? Thanks

squeeze the cups into your headtube with a vice. just be really carefull it doesn't go crooked.
and if your worried about the headtube or cups getting dints in it then put a bit of wood in between the cups/headtube and the vice. put one cup in at a time.

scooterkris is right. but be very careful squeezing the cups with the vice because if you don't have a really strong cup it'll crack and then your completely screwed =/

or just do what i did... take a piece of wood, hammer a nail in it, then put the cup in a little and put the nail in it and keep hitting where the nail is in the wood and it doesnt do anything to headset

Good guide, pictures havnt got [ img ][ /img ] on them so your have to quote the post, add them in and do a preview post or soemthing. Thats what i did....

just TAP it in with a hammer. unless its a FSA DH pro. then dont go near it with a hammer.

you dont need that... thats only for installation on a bike.

mhm. just put the top nut back on the fork once you put the headset and stuff together.
