How to lock a break

my friend wana kno how 2 lock a break can someone instruct me on this

weld it? take it off? I don't really know any way to lock it unless you replace the spring with something that makes it jam in place. I think you'll probably just have to live with it...

You can drill a hole a bit behind it and put a bolt through that hole. That way the brake stops when it hits the bolt.

That's pretty smart, I never though of that. If you want to do it an even easier way, I guess you could wedge a piece of metal behind it/epoxy it on and it would probably work just as well.

there is a mod for that, though i dont think its in the mod thread. all you have to do is drill a hole in the break as low as you can on it so that when you put a bolt through it will hit the deck when you press down on it, thus making no contact with the wheel.

i like to stop and manual so i use the brake but i guess you could just use the brake mod

I still don't understand why anyone would ride brakeless, I always use my brakes on taps and manuals I couldn't imagine riding without it I'd probably kill myself. If you dont want to hit the brakes when your doing a 180 put more pressure on your toes and less on your heels. Simple enough yes?

definatly, i ride somewhat ski with a foot over the break and thats exactly what i do. land on your toes.

Shift your weight forward a litle more ( not enough to hinder your riding) and keep pressure on your toes..its easy enough..that is if you ride ski atleast?
