How to lock micro bullet folding mech?

How do you lock the folding mech on a micro bullet without welding it?

get the button and spring out of it either by screw driver or drill

just look at the scooter and think about it

first, take the bolts that hold the headtube, then take off the neck plates, then you will see a button, on the back part of the button theres a flat headed bolt, take it off with a crew driver and remove the button, then you get a hole...

put the neckplates back and put a bolt on that hole

I tried what ScooterPeru said. But the flatheaded bolt was so freaking tight that I just ruined the whole bolt. Is there another way to get the bolt and button out without using a screw driver?
