how to pin forks?

I searched and I couldn't find anything

drill a hole at the top of the bottom piece of the fork so it goes through the forktube too, then just put a bolt through it. simple as that.

The Fork will have to be Milled out to accept the Fork Tube, then just insert the Fork Tube.

Drill a hole through the Fork and Fork Tube for the Pin or set screw.
