How to powdercoat my inward bars black?

Can someone please tell me how to either powder coat or spray paint paint my white inward bars black? or is there a way i could just dye them?

If you want to spray paint them, buy spray paint and do a few layers of it. If you want them powdercoated, find a place locally that does powdercoating and pay them to do it.

lol dye them no.... but just sand,primer and paint

yes you can dye them, just put your bars in food coloring and wait approximately 3 years
