I got bored today so i thought i'd go down to my shed ...
You will need a welder, a fork and some flat piece of metal
Step 1.
Get a fork take off the bearing race, find a flat bit of metal about 2-2.5cm's wide and cut it so there's 3-5cm over hang on each side of the legs. And also check to see if it fits with the wheel of your choice.
Step 2.
Weld in and around the fork, be careful not to weld on bearing seat.
Step 3.
File and grind welds evenly but not to much, If you want to fit lager wells sizes you can grind an arch into it.
And there you go a reinforced fork that will stop your legs from bending!
