how to remove a starnut?

well take a fire cracker light a fuse and plow up ur starnut thats what im doing when it stripps theres no other way besides blowing it up or brakeing it so try ur best to mess it up that it brakes in half

u have to hammered the thing out through the bottom

Drill through the middle of the starnut so the silver thing in the middle where the threads are is all gone. the the black outer should come loose then just tap it out with a hammer and screw driver. Thats how i do it and it works everytime.

You might need to put a new pin in, be careful.
or you can just pull it out with the bolt. put some plastic wheels on top, and then put a washer on the bolt so that sits on top of the wheels and just tighten and it pulls it up.
kind of hard to explain but it worked for me.
and so what if its pinned? the pin should go all the way through the tube, its supposed to be 2 different pins on each side.

dude i was serious when i strip my starnut im no joke blowing it up inside my bars into peaces so it all comes out... but i dont think it would hurt the bars lol

just drill it out or hammer it through, those are the safest for your fork. none of the blowing it up with fireworks crap.
