how to remove headset cups?

hey its a noob question i know but how do i remove the stock headset cups off my headtube and put new ones in?

then put grease around the new ones ant put them in slightly and take a rubber mallet or put a dishtowel over it and bang her in

dont use a screwdriver. use an old t-tube

If your putting cups in, remember place the cup on top of the headtube where its going to go in and place a flat piece of wood over it and hammer the wood.
This way, the hammer isnt directly hitting the cup, thus, not damaging it.
My dad did this at the bike shop he worked at.
