I originally made this thread asking how to do this, but now iv'e figured it out
so instead of this being a pointless thread, i will change it into a tutorial
1. first of, change the timeline from sceneline to timeline
2. now right click the video section you want to change, and select "time stretch"
3. now you can chosse the speed you wish the video to play at (in %)

I realy need help with this, does anyone else know how i can slow videos in this prgram, and don't say get a different editing program, this is what im using with the school for my gcse work.
