How to specifically make a flex fender.

I looked at the threads on here and no one has said exactly what the measurements are, and how to bend it etc. I really want to make one and really couldnt be fucked buying one.

Table vice.
Aluminium strip, 1 inch (15mm) or 1.5 inch (like 22mm i think) wide.
More strength than a 6 year old.
Bolts.
Drill.
Tools.
There just really fiddle-e.

as long as your heart desires.
it can be really specific because you make it yourself, i didnt make mine any longer than the deck.
But when you first cut a strip of metal make it longer than you know it should be, so you dont fuck up and waste metal.

I would make it realllllllyy long and then oncu on scooter, mark where you want it to be, take it off and cut it .

it was pretty easy, i made it from the middle of a madd deck:S its pretty good, but like really benable. will its still hold up you think?

I just jammed it in my deck a bit and bent it up so the wheel would fit in, then drilled and bolted it on, put the wheel on and bent it around the wheel then cut it off

I'll put some pics of mine up when I fix my computer, someone put a small SD card in the SD card slot and I can't get it out lol

use steel, works much better strength wise but mighten be as grippy stopping wise. ive made 15 atleast so i know

bolting it on ur deck and then bending it into shape and you don't need to double post.
