yea this will work for a wile but once the spring gets stretched out and used to having the bearing in there, then it just starts being mad jenky again

you need to take the spring out and stretch it out every once and wile

theres no way to make it totaly solid for a long time without bolting it
100% right.

yer seriously...
stretching the spring is where its att
my spring is so tight tht my break has a descent amount of tension. its rly good for mannys

i got a pro model brake with i think an old a spring and i hot glued the spring and around it and such and it helps with the noise but stretching it out a lot really does the trick

the finished should look like dis i did it a long time ago so its all crappy but what ever

You don't bend the spring you take a flat head screw driver and lift it up, then slide the bearing under it.
that will only work for a wile, so yea you do bend the spring
