how to stretch brake spring

im wondering how i can stretch my brake spring and get it to stay in place
im stretching a razor pro spring to fit a blade brake but after i stretch it with pliers it goes back to the original shape

u grab some pliers and stretch it... Nuff Said.

lol y stretch spring cut brake out were spring touches it!!!
