How Would I know if my lsv2 forktube is bent my friend said they were

Put your deck on a flat surface with the front wheel hanging of the edge. Put one hand on deck to hold it down, then spin the bars by twisting the wheel. If the top of handle bar where the two bars meet moves side to side as you are spinning them, your fork tube our lower section of bars are bent.
