do you get extremely sharp pictures like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/danefederer/2260398393/

compared to anything i take. mine just look alot less sharp, and whenever i sharpen editing wise they kinda get closer to that type of photo but the noise goes up really fast so.... how do you get sharp pictures like that? hes has a 1d so that might be it... or is it the lens or soemthing?

first off you edit your pictures way too much like you put way to much contrast and stuff so everything looks orange
just put your picture style settings at the highest sharpness it can go and then everything else at regular
then make sure you have a super fast shutterspeed
and uhh i dont really know dude 1ds are amazing and so is he at photography

lol DANE FEDERER or D fed
or Dane Federererererererererer.

He uses like 2-5 flashes sometimes, like that day i think it was like 3 or 4 haha

EDIT:

4 flashes

It seems like he floods the image with light (shelby says lots of flashes which makes sence), and then cranks up the shutter to accommodate the very bright picture.

1. get a better camera.
2. photoshop

notice how the faces are overexposed in those pictures. probably from editing in photoshop.
