If drugs were legal fact 2 would drop drastically. You could goto your local pharmacy and grab yourself a 50 of blow and a sack of weed instead of going to your local shady ass corner haha. You can't really argue with fact 1, because theres going to be robberies/murders regardless if they are legal or not

You should quote correctly. "According to FBI data, 1 out of 3 robberies and burglaries is committed to obtain money for high-priced, black market drugs." So legalization would also solve that issue.

How could it increase? Its pretty much impossible. If drugs are legal, theres no reason for anyone to be shooting anyone, except for the fact of shooting someone you hate. There wouldn't be any shady business going on for anyone to get shot over.
