It's not in ASU, it's by ASU. It's called Tempe 3 by some, it's outdoor and it's pretty good.

Yep we are allowed there, and it's meh but if you live close enough it's worth going there

Tempe 3 is tight. I went there with some skaters and there was this chill homeless guy there, later we found out he used to be a child molestor.
