Lol, I also live in a damn block, and there's an old lady living under me. Ive already gone through such problems though, it's not comfortable for her anyway so I respect that. If I ever ride at home it's something like fakies, pivots or manuals, nothing that involves taking off. If you wanna ride in a block go to the basement, that's what I do in winter, or to an underground parking, if it's a block for rich people.
