its true it really does depend on your budget and how serious you are about scooting
or as a option instead of building i would recommend a MADD gear complete scooter , but if you want to build one custom you need to give a rough outline of budget and stuff cos scooters can get pricey !

well if you have around 200 dollars
get a ultra pro
demon wheels
inward bars
and a cane creek headset
some odis
and get the ultra pro high so you can cut them down the bars

just get a mgp team edition from k-mart, its basically ride-able out of the box, just add newer parts like bars, wheels as you get better/destroy them

what if hes not austrailian? just buy a razor pro model and inward one piece bars and work up from there.

Well any bolts on the scooter like clamps,axles and things can easily be replaced with titanium bolts,other components could be replaced with carbon but it my fracture im nut sure
