i cant point my foot up?

well i was playin kick ball and idk if it has to do with it but i like dragged my ffoot a little and i moved it fine then but i got home and all the sudden i cant point my foot up? anyone have this ? it feels pretty akward and idk whats up with it .. btw it doesnt hurt at all i just try to lift it and nothing happens

Happens. Your muscles got tweaked or extremely sore. It'll go away in a couple days.

Yea I just went to Woodward and warmed it up a little it's much better but still feels akward
