thats true. before yaks you had to spend 30 dollars on a metal core. the people at yak told me how much metal cores cost to make.. not much ( not you eagle or proto because you guys are making really quality stuff and have tested for a long time. and your using different techniques to make your stuff the best) but this is a great wheel for only 12.00 - 12.50

i would just like to add that the reason that a piece of the nylon broke is because i dont think he had a spacer. as long as you use a spacer it should be fine

hep greg rode one with no problems at all.

someone else broke a piece of the nylon insert in the wheel. but the piece that he broke does not matter because you can put a spacer in it. and he was jumping a ten set. no one has ever broken an insert in an important place or dehubbed one of these to my knowledge.

sanchez broke the cups over time, not because he jumped a 10. and he also chunked the urethane a bit.
