instead of cement you could use jb weld sht

just buy like a million packets and like shove em in the tube

cement is hard, but very brittle. so the cement will never work.

you can find a certain type of ti that will work. they make some bike frames out of it you just need to find out what kind but i would make the stem ti, and the cross bar aluminum or copper.

try it and tell us how my way works. yours will fail oh so badly

ok why would u fill a really light metal with something heavy, that would just make it as heavy as steel or heavier so just use steel or chromo

haha they would weigh like 10 pounds alone.

i wanna make some bars out of paper mache then fill them with water and freeze! just be be careful not to ride them in the summer...

Im pretty sure i can. If not il just reinforce the crossbar with aluminum or whatever
