today in school i had a 100 point history test,and the teacher said if anyone talks they will get a zero no matter if they were taling about the test or not,so im like 3/4 done and this kid that was sitting next to me,looked at me.i saw him out of the corner of my eye so i looked over at him then i looked at the teacher and she said"do u still; have your test?" and i said yeah and then she said"you get a zero!!" and i didnt say anything to her cuz i was too mad to say anything. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

you should say i wasnt talking and you said if i was talking i would get a zero but i wasnt talking so you cant do any thing. this happends to me all the time

yeah i really wanted to tell her to **** off but i obusyusly couldnt lol, i might talk about it tomoorow or email her or something or tell the kid to talk to her

Don't listen to kids on here, nobody will give you good advice haha.

The worst thing to do in school is fight back and be a rebel, just go talk to the administration or sit down with your teacher.

School isn't a place to be a badass and talk back, show your teachers respect, shut the hell up and get an education.

Thats pretty gay that you got a zero for not even talking. I'd go to your Principal or Head of school whatever you call it and discuss it with him/her.

lol thats so unfair alot of teachers are gay.at the beginning of the year 9 (9th grade),i got moved for talking,so i had sit nex to her basically.but the problem is,im still sitting there and she still wont let me move back to my originak seat,it fucking retarded,especially after sitting next to your teacher for 4 fucking weeks.

Ohh thats what that meant.

Id sit down with your teacher and just say, Hey im an honest kid, if i was talking i would accept you and not be talking to you iknow (go at lunch so she knows your serious and not trying to geet outta class)
And just be like I know i didnt talk can you please beleive me, If that doesnt work, tell the head of the department or principal or whatvers.
