I have searched the internets high and low, where would I buy on of theses, or what parts would I need to make one?

i have ridden the seocond one.... i did a bunnyhop and the foldie came off and the deck bent sideways....

I rode both of them and the first one is kinda heavy and the second one is a peice of shit it fell apart in like one minute so I took the wheels lol

the wheels are good and the brake is good, but its hard to get it to fit a pro deck
