ok so my i have threadless bars that i made myself. i tighten the bars over a threaded fork which worked with my pro threaded fork until that snapped. i now have been switching from fork to fork of my back ups because either they bend or the threaded part is not long enough from the bars to get a good grip. oh and im planning to go to the april 19th skatebarn west comp. what in the world can i do because i dont think i can buy a pro fork buy itself and i got like 40 bucks so i dont think i could get a sr threadless or threaded fork nevertheless i dont think i could get it here on time at that. PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ someone help me.

ps i got forks but my bars cant grip em

you could try clamping it A LOT

or you made a mistake when making your bars

thats all i can really see could be wrong

all of your back up forks arnt pro model forks.
only pro model forks will work, because they have a long fork tube. unlike the new A forks.

just go in to the "sell your stuff" thread, and post a thread asking to buy a pro fork.

I got myself banned.
Sometimes that would happen with my bars and new a forks. I reinforced a couple of the new a forks with t tube and they usually gripped onto that after i tightened the hell out of them. You try that yet?

the gay new a forks have this round sort of top so you cant shove nothing down in it

an i hope theres a bike shop here !!

Its too small, that starnut is for bikes... if you wanna get hardcore you can file that lip of out the top of that fork.

hahaha dude thats way hardcore and it would take me like too long

im getting a sr threadless from someone in GA but i got to get a starnut and im worried that it will be way to heavy for me to do anything on it

custom bars plus sr fork = heavy?

most bmx shops and hardware stores dont have starnuts in the right size. you can order them from amazon believe it or not
