I need help with bars!

My friend tried to put an old pair of my bars in an scs and now the end is tighter and wont fit over my fork, how do I make them bigger again.

You are going to need a piece of tubing the size of your forks and then just drive it in to the bars with a hammer BUT.. you'll need a Vise to grab on to the Tubing when you go to pull out the tubing.

It may not be repairable because the SCS clamp may have distorted the bar tubing too much, right at the top of the slit.

Just witnessed this yesterday at the Skate Park: kid put bars with a slit in his SCS, luckily I had my saw with me and we just cut the bars at the slit and he was back to riding.

Just make sure it won't be too short.

It's already short, it is not like compressed it is a tiny bit that needs to be opened up.

Put a Flat Head screw driver in the slit and try prying it open.

I don't think they are going to get on my fork anytime soon but thanks for trying.
