I NEED HELP WITH MY HEADSET!!!

Ok so i bought a new headset for my scooter cause i broke my stock one i ride a complete envy prodigy 2014 the one i bought was a tilt headset when i tried putting it on it fitted but the bars and everything is shaky i think its something with the bottom cap please help!!!

Sounds like you installed your headset wrong. Did you take the crown race off the bottom bearing of the headset? Bearings in facing the right way? Got the IHC compression ring in?
