I NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING

so i got these new bars,they are similar to wee bars,and i think i need the shim adater thing that comes with the wee bars,so i was wondering if there is any other things i can use as a "shim".the bars and the fork move even when i have two clamps on. i already tried tape,but i used masking tape and i screwed up my fork so i had to clean that out.

It's about the size not how new it is. Get the one i just gave you a link to, that's how your bars are gonna stay tight.
