LOL the metal L gtfo its an allen key and the original bolt snapped and i had to make a ghetto mod using tha blue bolt so my wheel can stay on it has absolutley nothing to do with the hole the crack isnt even touching the hole so you should shtu the fuck up

idk all i really do is drops and stuff on the scooter and i just wanted to show sr and the bolt is fine now after i took the pic my dad got back from home hardware with the washer i needed so its good now
