Thanks Aaron, well like i've had the camera for 2 weeks, not like i've never touched a camera before in my life and just got a D40 haha.

And yeah Josh, haha thanks, that's crazy how you like know that without having the camera. I'm to lazy to read the book, i'll just --- with it and figure it out.

I'm going out tonight to get some good low apperature shots on the highway, and i've eyed up a few good shots. Thanks guys.

if you're doing longer exposures you don't need a lower aperture. keep it around 7 or 8

Bump. I went out last night and i got another slow shutter speed shot, but i can't really tell cuz the small LCD but it looks a little blurry.

and i dont know why but when i stare at the flame the candle starts to get smaller haha

Siqq pics Ian.. i dropped my camera today :( my battery grip stopped working but i got happier wen i saw yours pics lol the beach ones are heaps nice.. keep up the good work
