i have the addict dagger fork and the district al2 bars. i installed the starnut and that good stuff but the bolt REFUSES to stay tight. if i tighten it too much the bars lock up, if i loosen it a little the headset eventually becomes loose and the ics bolt just falls out. im not sure if it has to do with the depth of the starnut or what but any help is appreciated.

might be the depth of the starnut as i never had that kind of issue with alloy bars/sword forks/ics10 + Ti bolt and i ran it for 3 months untouched.
a second starnut might be the key to fixing it, that or maybe your headset is crap. think yourself lucky it aint ethic bars, if the clamp is loose but compression is tight you can actually pull the starnut back out by one stomp on the deck.

might try the 2nd starnut thing. just got another ics10 kit in. put the new bolt in, seems to be holding up OK. gonna buy some loctite and throw that 2nd starnut in possibly
