ics help ... plzzzz hellp

So I have 1 1/4 oversized bars and a lucky smx threadless fork and headsett, but it doesn't look like the bottom cap for the ics would fit my fork ... What should I do ??? Need helllppp !

on the smx fork you don't use a cap I think, just put the bolt up through it adn screw it into the starnut
