can some1 tell me the complete steps of putting an ics on ... like i know how to put the bolt and cap on ... i just need 2 learn how2 get the starnut in tha barrz

just read that
The bolt, you just install the starnut into the bars, like right where the slit in the bars ends and then you put your fork and stuff on and tighten the bolt.

just put a socket that fits in your bars on top of starnut and screw in the original bolt that came with your headset through the socket into the starnut and hammer the top of the socket until the starnuts about at the top of the slit in your bars. and make sure you hammer it in straight
