pros:
-easier installation/taking off
-slightly lighter for those weightfreaks
cons:
-you need oversized 1 3/8" chromoly bars to use it.

yeah ics is gay cuz you have to take off the front wheel every tine you want to do something with it.

I agree with everyone on the hic thing, but the only thing that sucks is you need to get oversized barss.
