ics problems

i got ics, proto striker, and inward bars for Christmas. but i ordered my inward bars with a slit but they are threadless. will my ics still work with threadless bars?

Where in nc? Near fayetteville? And you put the starnut in your bars and the car and stuff goes on the bottom of your forks up through them into your bars then you screw them together and put your clam on

Bars are never threaded unless they're clamped onto a threaded fork for a long amount of time.
