I have senior forks and an ics bolt with a starnut in the bars but the hole for the ics is too big and the bolt is too large of a thread and a little too short. I am currently running no compression, how can I fix this?

Put a starnut in the fork so it threads through two starnuts? Maybe putting a washer in the bottom of the fork? I don't get what your saying 100%

The problem is the hole is too big and with the cap it could touch the wheel. The bolt threads are a different diameter and its too short. I'm running no compression and looking for a way to solve my problem.
