Powdercoating is going to require you to get a quote from a local powdercoat shop. You will want to cut down any handlebars from a complete, if you're only 4'8". I would not suggest the Madd Gear, if you're only that big it will be harder to learn some tricks because it's much heavier than the other parts. Get a fuzion Elite, cut the bars down, and shred.

It's only gonna stick if you apply a light marinade of pink lemonade Arnold Palmer and cook thoroughly before painting.

How do i cut down the bars ? Or can i just get a Razor ultra elite lo ?

I think i have an idea of what i'm going to do .

Oh , I'd like to ask one more thing ,

Should i get a Razor ultra pro complete or a Madd gear complete? , Those are the only brands I can find for complets .

Id get a madd gear, then trade the deck for a rup and new headset, then trade the wheels for different wheels (i personally didnt like them they slip alot on park). and get a pair of ODI's on that bihh. and cut the bars down like Riley said.. and the madd gears have a flex brake now so save that brake and put it on the rup. then u should be fine..

dont bother cutting em down or anything. just buy a razor ultra pro lo! the bars are like already cut down to perfect height! the only problem is they are a bit narrower than the normal ultra pro (but they are still wider than other razors like the pro model) but you'll get used to em heaps quick. ULTRA PRO LYF<3

i dont think powdercoting would be that much if its the same color because i have seen bmx frames for $50 and it looked good

Mgp nitro speed hole the deck or trade it for something else. Or custom make one from inward or something

Get the Fuzion Elite. It's way better than the Ultra Pro, and the bars are the same height as the Ultra Pro Lo, but if you're short that's too tall. So take off the bars, cut em, and put them back on.
