they are the size of sockets if not then a little bigger all i no is you can get a 3/8's socket in there

They're like axle nut size. About 20mm diameter, 1/2" long. How would you keep them on your axle though? They are made to screw on to 14mm bike axles.

I had them, they're on my friend's bike. If scooters took 3/8" axles they would be sick to thread on, but they don't. You could but the axle through it but there'd be no point in doing that cause you could just use a normal axle.
