if you buy an inward fork threded can you still use compression?

Yeah of course. Just install your starnut into your bars like normal. You might need a washer under the fork, which might cause the head of the bolt to hit your wheel. But if you grind it down you'll be okay.

lol the only reason u need a compression system on a threadless fork is because they have no threads, why would u wants threads ant compression? lol

french id have made a compression system that works with their threaded stock forks

have you ever used compresion, its awful, threaded ftw
if he wanted to use a compresion he shoulda got threadless and saved strength.
 
Meh, i don't like threaded forks(my threaded compression SUUUCKS), i just ordered some unthreaded but i'm sure using both would be quite interesting (it could probably actually be effective).
 
meh people need to quite making threadless forks, sure if they are thin there stronger but why not just use thicker steel and make them threaded it saves so much hassle
 
yeah threaded forks FTW i love threaded forks. so much more dialled but i Know that that guy max from Austria is using a threadless fork with NO compression, just a French ID clamp.

You can, and if you want to use a threadless headset, just use the locknut to compress the pinch ring. No compression needed.
