ihc envy sob v2 problem

so i got the sob v2 fork with is ihc ( its like a hic but for standard bar ) and the probleme is that the shim spin with the bar and unline my fork from my bar when i ride. i tried to put the paint off the fork and the shim but nothing work. the bar is a ethic standard bar and clamp is a envy triple

Is the slit on your bars bigger than the clamp in height?

yeah clamp is same size as the slit. i tried with a mgp she devil bar ( hic slit with the bar to make it standard ) and its working ... maybe its the ethic bar !

is there a starnut in the bar?

make the slit 1 cm taller than the clamp, are the bars a loose fit onto the ihc shim? if they are, both the slit and the tolerance will be the issue. from personal use of their parts i would never doubt anything ethic except for ics starnut.
