next time u tighten the bolts, put some lock tight on them and tighten the fuck outa them with someone else to help.

you don't even need to tighten the blts that much just put them in the holes the best possible way and once you have it firmly tight then tighten it a lot more and it should be more, so just try to losen them and replace them better, that happened to my friends
